Nepafenac ophthalmic suspension is a prescription, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) eye drop used to prevent and treat pain, redness, and swelling following cataract surgery. It is also occasionally used to reduce the risk of macular edema in high-risk diabetic patients post-surgery
